The operating environment changed.
The way I solve problems did not.

MARITIME / OPERATIONS
Command is systems work under consequence.
Vessel command combines people, machinery, procedures, regulation, commercial priorities and incomplete information in an environment where decisions have real consequences.
Responsibility accumulated.
One operating picture.

AI & PRODUCTS
Not demos. Working systems.
I identify the problem, define what the product needs to do, structure the system, use AI-assisted engineering to build it, then test, challenge and iterate until it works.
TRUSTED NETWORK
Professional context, kept distinct.
Independent professional context from people I have worked with, alongside creative collaborators connected to the wider VAUWR ecosystem.
PROFESSIONAL STATEMENTRead the full perspective+
I’m Anargyros Vourliotis. I’m a Master Mariner, operations leader and AI product builder.
Those may sound like different careers. They’re not.
The Captain doesn’t get to escalate.
Different departments. Different priorities. Limited resources. Hard deadlines. Regulatory constraints. People depending on the outcome.
That’s not unique to shipping. That’s management.
Technology gave me another way to apply the same skills.
I identify the problem, define what the product needs to do, structure the system, use AI-assisted engineering to build it, test it, challenge failures and iterate until it works.
I don’t see operations, management and technology as separate disciplines. They require the same fundamentals: understand the problem, understand the people, understand the system, manage the risk—and deliver.
I’ve spent my career operating complex systems. Now I build them too.
Give me a problem worth solving.
