Purposes and possible legal bases

We use information to present this professional portfolio, respond to a professional enquiry you choose to send and protect the site. We rely on legitimate interests for portfolio presentation, responding to visitor enquiries and security. Legal obligations may also apply when handling rights requests or retaining information where required.

Sharing, transfers and retention

Public professional material is retained while it remains appropriate for the dossier and the relevant permission applies. Ordinary enquiries are manually deleted from correspondence mailboxes 12 months after the last substantive exchange, unless ongoing work or legal requirements mean they must be kept. This dossier does not operate an application message queue or application message log. Provider technical records and backup retention are governed by provider terms and settings, and are not covered by the 12-month mailbox policy.
